Classes on Retreat
Please bring your own sanitised mats. Should you not have a mat available or can’t travel with a mat then please contact Sam Edwards at coreyoga.21@gmail.com and we will bring you a sanitised mat for use for your stay. Clean sanitised additional props will be provided, you will keep your props only for your use the duration of your stay. Of course should you like to use your own, please also bring these with you.
Please sanitise your hands on arrival at each class (using the hand sanitiser provided) during retreat.
You will be instructed how to position your mat/s. If inside the room will be well ventilated with an open window or door.
You are more than welcome to bring your own mask to wear during the class.
During my teaching of your class, if we perform hands on adjustments we will request permission and ensure appropriate PPE is used according to government recommendations.
